Saturday.
Another glacier is melting,
Sliding,
Sending waves above our heads.
We have a president who only
Gets his angry chubby fist
Caught fast inside the cookie jar.
They're burning Europe once again.
The richest man in the world's
Investing, building for the future,
Sending all the blacks he hates
Across the stars for good.
Our favorite celebrities are dead
Mere days before a hundred.

I sip my coffee
I have quit my Netflix to afford.
I'm wondering
If I'm the reason
You sashayed up to the table
In the cafeteria
On Tuesday.
